    ARRIVAL – COLOMBO / NEGOMBO

    arrival to Colombo International Airport, transfer to NEGOMBO a little fishing village not far from the airport. It is a sea side resort town with many hotels and restaurants along the beach. Arrive at your hotel for lunch. Free time to relax by the pool or on the beach. Dinner and night at the hotel

    NEGOMBO / SIGIRIYA

    After breakfast transfer to a hotel in Sigiriya. After lunch visit the 8th Wonder of the World, the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, it is a World Heritage Site, and it is a palace built on top of a rock rising up to 600 feet. This rock fortress was built by the parricide King Kasyappa in the 5th century AD. On the ascent to the summit of the rock see some of the marvels of this ruined palace, such as the rock paintings or “frescoes” and from the summit one will have a panoramic view of the surroundings. Dinner and night at the hotel

    SIGIRIYA/POLONARUWA/SIGIRIYA

    Morning after breakfast visit the ancient city of Polonaruwa. This is an ancient Buddhist City and was the 2nd Capital of the country from the 11th century AD and the well-preserved medieval city has several archaeological sites to view, ‘Galvihara’ is one such remarkable site with 3 statues of Lord Buddha sculptured in 3 different positions out of a single big rock. Take the lunch at a restaurant and Return to Sigiriya for dinner and night

    SIGIRIYA / KANDY

    After breakfast continue your journey to the hill capital of Kandy and in the evening, time visit the Temple of the Tooth known as the “Dalada Maligawa” where the tooth relic of Lord Buddha is enshrined in a casket at this temple. Many Buddhist pilgrims pay homage and offer flowers in the morning and evening. The relic is taken in a procession with elephants, drummers and dancers along the streets for 10 days in July or August, this parade is called the Esala Perahera. you can have the lunch at a restaurant en route Kandy is situated at an altitude of 500m and the 2nd biggest city, you can visit the market and the shops. Dinner and night at the hotel

    KANDY / PERADENIYA / NUWARA ELIYA

    After breakfast continue to visit the Royal Botanical Gardens once the pleasure gardens of the queen, the garden has one of the finest collections of tropical flora and orchids. Take the lunch at a restaurant on the way. Transfer to Nuwara Eliya- the hill city of Nuwara Eliya is the center of the tea growing district. We drive along the rolling tea estates seeing women in colorful saris pluck two tea leaves and a bud. Visit the factory where the fresh tea leaves are dried, crushed, fermented & fired using the same age-old machinery used to make the world-famous Ceylon Tea. You can enjoy a very good cup of hot fresh Ceylon Tea. This hill town is known as “Little England” as the British tea planters constructed all the buildings in the old British colonial style.     NUWARA ELIYA / UDAWALAWE

    After breakfast transfer to Udawalawe. Have lunch at hotel in the afternoon leave for a safari at the Udawalwe National Park – a Wildlife Sanctuary home to elephants, leopards, sloth bears, deer and birds. After visiting the Wildlife Park, you can visit the Elephant Transit Home – a temporary home for orphaned elephant calves who are cared for before being released back into the jungle. Dinner & night at hotel

    UDAWALAWE / MIRISSA

    After breakfast continue your journey to the south coast of Sri Lanka, relax at a seaside town with beautiful golden beaches. You will be free to spend time on the beach

    MIRISSA/ COLOMBO – End of the Trip

    Transfer to the airport for departure. On the journey to Colombo International Airport visit the Dutch Fort in Galle that is a World Heritage site and is a well conserved fort city. You can walk the cobbled streets and shop for trinkets here. Visit Ambalangoda to see traditional mask making work shop. Have the lunch in a restaurant at Galle. Arrive to the airport, departure-en of the Trip

Children policy will be applied to children who share rooms with 2 Adults, maximum one child sharing the 2 adults' accommodation

  • Child between 2 and 5.99 years old pay 50% of adult rate
  • Child between 6 and 11.99 years old pay 75% of adult rate
  • Child 12+ years old is considered as adult person and pay same rate
